Spencer, our Install Manager at Pro Edge, has been a valuable member of our team since 2019. Beginning as a dedicated technician, he quickly demonstrated his exceptional skills and leadership potential, earning his current role. In his capacity, Spencer takes on the crucial responsibility of ensuring the flawless execution of all installation projects, overseeing that each task is completed with precision and efficiency. Paul has been an integral part of our team as a Service Technician since 2016. In his role, he plays a vital role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service. Paul is primarily responsible for handling service calls, with a particular focus on remote assistance. Makenna has been immersed in the world of our business since her childhood. Her journey led her to take on the role of Office Manager full-time in 2020, where she has proven to be the linchpin that keeps our operations running seamlessly. Makenna's remarkable expertise extends beyond administrative tasks; she hold the prestigious title of an AXIS Certified Professional and specializes in in-depth product knowledge.
